IMPORTANT: ALWAYS REFRIGERATE YOUR PRODUCT ON ARRIVAL
Because NAD+ is sensitive to temperature, your nanoNAD+ product must always be kept at a cold temperature to ensure the quality and integrity of the product. Your order will always be shipped with a cold pack.
Please refrigerate your product immediately on arrival.
If your package is not delivered to your door, please ensure you can pick it up immediately from the collection point so that it can be refrigerated.
Never freeze your nanoNAD+ product.

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We offer free shipping on every order shipped within continental USA.
Regrettably, to ensure timely delivery and temperature security we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
DELIVERY TIMES AND TRACKING
Your item/s will typically ship within 1-2 days after you place your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Your order will be shipped by UPS or FedEx and will arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
To ensure your package is not delayed and that your product stays cool during transportation, we typically do not ship on Thursdays and Fridays, and may in some instances delay the shipping date to avoid courier delays or closures, e.g. public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.
